By submitting this form you are expressing your desire for your team to become members of the Alliance Football League and agree to adhere to the Rules & Regulations set forth by the Board of Directors. You further understand that no team will be accepted, given full rights, and granted membership into the League until all league dues are paid in full. "By completing this form, you agree and understand that this form is the first step of the "acceptance" process.  Once received, it will be reviewed by the league office and submitted to the Board. Upon the Boards approval, applied teams will receive a requirement package. Official membership notification will be granted after all requirements are met and fees paid.
